Damaged or Defective Items:
   - If an item is received damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and may offer a replacement, refund, or repair at our discretion.

Refund Process
   - All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to kasheva@kashevahairandskin.com with POP and picture attached, of the defective/damaged item purchased.

Shipping Costs:
   - Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 
   - We recommend using a reputable courier service with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.

-We will respond within 14 business days.
   - Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct an inspection. Customers will be notified of the outcome within 14 business days. 
   - If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method, and the timeframe for reflection on the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank.
