According to the Public Health regulations of South Africa, personal care products, once delivered to the customer with proof of delivery available, cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Refunds or exchanges can only be considered if the product received was damaged during delivery. To qualify for the refund or exchange, products should be in their original packaging and unopened.
